THIS IS A REAL SOCIAL CLASS AND WE ALWAYS HAVE COFFEE OR BREAKFAST AT ONE OF THE AWESOME CAFES WE HAVE IN EMERALD LAKES.
YOUNG AT HEARTS
THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED FOR MATURE LADIES WHO ARE 'YOUNG AT HEART'. A LOW INTENSITY CIRCUIT WHICH WILL HELP YOU TONE, INCREASE YOUR STRENGTH AND IMPROVE YOUR STABILITY, ALL WHILE HAVING FUN.
CLASS NUMBERS WILL BE CAPPED TO 16 PER CLASS WHICH GIVES US THE SPACE AND ABILITY TO WORK WITH EACH OF YOU PERSONALLY TO ENSURE FORM AND TECHNIQUE IS ON POINT.
ALL CLASSES MUST BE BOOKED VIA THE MINDYBODY APP, UNFORTUANTELY DUE TO CLASS CAPS, PENALTIES WILL APPLY FOR NO-SHOWS
