I completed my Cert III & IV in Fitness in 2016, so don't be surprised if you see me running a class... or jumping in alongside you for a workout!
If you’ve got questions about memberships, bookings, payments, classes, or programs — I’m your go-to person. Whatever you need, I’m here to help.

With eight years in the fitness industry, I’m passionate about helping people achieve their goals, especially when it comes to building strength and improving mobility.
As a mum of two little ones under two, I understand firsthand the unique challenges of pre- and postpartum fitness. I’m dedicated to creating safe, effective workouts tailored to support women throughout pregnancy and beyond.
When I’m not training, you’ll probably find me soaking up the sun at the beach or exploring the outdoors with my family.
