What Your Personal Trainer Will Provide:
A thorough health and past history questionnaire to fully understand your capabilities and tailor your program for maximum effectiveness.
A clear discussion about your health and wellness goals to ensure we design a plan that delivers real, lasting results.
Optional girth measurements and skinfold assessments to track your progress accurately. We recommend repeating these every 2 weeks to help monitor your results and adjust your training and nutrition as needed.
